Review: Adolescents – Cropduster

Finally is out, the new and long waited album by the great Adolescents. Apparently, Steve was very committed in the realization of this album. And thinking about him, let’s hear this album. Well, before that, let’s start with the booklet, which is amazing! Before pushing play, spend some minutes to look at it!

Then push that button and let’s start loud with this album which is really well done! It doesn’t matter if 30 years passed, if they have published hundred songs, if they have hit the road so long, the Adolescents don’t disappoint and they still are one of those bands which are still creative, who search for new sounds and write lyrics that point to all the things that are wrong in this world.

Songs such as ‘Queen Of Denial’, ‘Sunspot Screams’ and the title track ‘Cropduster’ are really fucking fast pieces, that show how much a band can give when it’s still true to the core. The whole album deserves more than just one hearing, and we can say that we have found our album for the summer!
